Thermalright SLK900u (or a) is very hard to beat. I'm using one right now

Actually, its the SP-97, with a heatpipe. The SLK-900/947 is probably the
best price/perf hsf though. Be sure you team it with a 92mm fan. rms |

Well overclockers .com still place the SLK900 slightly ahead...tested using
a die simulator: http://www.overclockers.com/articles373/socketA.asp. I think in the real world the difference is too close to call.
