I accidentally formatted DVD-RAM disk
Is it Banjaxed?
It doesn't seem to work right any more

So you re-format the disc and use it again.

If your question is whether you can recover data from the disc, the answer
is maybe. You will need to get one of the recovery programs that are
available.

In the future, consider maintaining at least 2 copies of all your data.
