Default detect onboard audio and video controllers

loading win 98 into a sysytem based on compaq board and have no idea
what the onboard audio and video is...is there software that can
detect make and model of audio and video controllers??...i know linux
can do it how bout for windows

It appears from your earlier post to be a FIC board.....ATI video and either
Yamaha or Creative sound.....Find the chips on the board. There should be an
ATI chip and a sound chip ......................

If AIDA32 doesn't work, try SisoftSandra or Belarc Advisor.
