Default Amplifier circuit

Equalizer's unit: I see (linear tapered) pots listed for some (short)
resistance, for instance 100 Ohm-1MegaOhm. I've got a grab-bag of
different value, perhaps small value resistors, but, instead, what
happens if I wire the volume pot signal directly (disconnect it, or
both channels for a signal short). I'd run the EQ through an Fx-loop
on a 200-watt output integrated amplifier (amp+preamp) where the input
signal feed is pathed through a mixer unit.

Thinking on a presumption the EQ still works. I haven't powered it up
for awhile.

I'm bi-amping two different studio monitor setups through a couple of
amps. One set of monitors is closed and uses rear cabinet passive
radiators for bass, whereas the other is rear ported bass. So-called

I might tighten-up the blend on the ported (initially) with the EQ, or
do split frequencies (band-passing) since they're similar silver-dome
tweeters and 5" drivers, although the passive radiators are by all
regards the better "listening" speakers (Mathew Polk styled
"reference" series), whereas ported are another popular brand (Alesis)
for some engineers in mixing down tracks for control room acoustics.
