Default Complaint about Microsoft criminal misuse of Telephone system

Norm X wrote nothing of importance:

I'll spare you the embarrassment (again) by excluding your latest response
attempting to prove your earlier point that "At one point the ***Supreme
Court under the Sherman Act***, was about to split up Microsoft into smaller
pieces, because of market sleaze"

Thomas Penfield Jackson was not on the Supreme Court, just a District Judge
The Supreme Court refused to hear the case.

Try doing a little research.

Whether we are talking Supreme Court or action taken by the Department of
Justice, is a non-issue, in light of antitrust action taken by the European
Union.

The usual attempt at deflection(non-issue)from the misinformed.

You, not I, raised the issue that the Supreme Court was about to split up
Microsoft.
- Same answer as before. Not True.

Subsequent posts attempted to deny 'Not True' by referencing the censured
judge(Jackson) findings.
- Jackson was a District Court Judge not Supreme Court.
- The Supreme Court was **not** about to split up Microsoft

Lol...if you plan on writing the FBI(Seattle) from BC, about your unique
issue...good luck, your attempts so far are closer to the circular file than
anywhere else.

And while pondering your next step on the truth patrol, keep in mind == The
Supreme Court was *not* about to split up Microsoft.

Who knows, at this stage and lack of information maybe your server
downloading movie issue was all PEBKAC.

Default Complaint about Microsoft criminal misuse of Telephone system

Long ago, I came to the conclusion that Microsoft is sleazy with money. I
needed to cancel a credit card, the only way to terminate recurrent
charges. At one point the Supreme Court under the Sherman Act, was about
to spit up Microsoft into smaller pieces, because of market sleaze

Dec. 26, I sent a letter to MS in Redmond complaining they had spoiled my
Christmas with bad server software that messed up a movie download. I
waited, then decided on interactive Internet chat with a representative.
That went no where. So I finally came around to making a phone call to a
MS number on the web. I talked for maybe 1.5 hours, still no refund. When
I set my phone down, I found four SMS text messages with verification
codes. Because I was talking on the phone I was unable to see SMS text
messages, but I did get many MS verifications on a couple of email
addresses. This nonsense was created by nerds at MS to convince call
center ladies something is wrong with the caller.

The spoofing of IP addresses is wrong. Spoofing of telephone numbers is a
criminal offense. If Microsoft won't give my money back, the least I can
do is to throw some mud in their direction.

The following numbers created by nerds at Microsoft are phony and are
evidence of criminal misbehavior by Microsoft.

+1 361-402-4506

+1 251-444-6537

+1 856-333-2111

+1 667-239-1376

If their are any police from the fraud squad here, please take notice.
Thanks.

Hi,

Microsoft billing Xbox, was unable to resolve this dispute due to technical
problems at their end. Hence, I have the green light to write to the FBI in
Seattle, under Donald Trump's regime, regarding this Act and the Sherman
Antitrust Act. All are happy. As I said to a friend, ultimately the rich
will pay. Furthermore, recently I have been troubled by phone hacking, which
also is a violation of the Truth in Caller ID Act. If Microsoft is punished
severely and publicly, this may serve as a message to all, that it does not
pay to violate the Truth in Caller ID Act. If the open DoJ investigation
under the Sherman Antitrust Act is pursued by the Trump administration,
either Microsoft will pay $500,000,000 for negotiated settlement or
Microsoft will be split from its Xbox division. Competition is always good
for the consumer.

As the police say when you are ticketed, 'have a nice day'.

I have written the FBI:

FBI Seattle Division
1110 3rd Ave.
Seattle, WA 98101
USA

Dear FBI Agents,

I wish to submit a legal complaint against Microsoft in Redmond, WA, your
jurisdiction. Because: 1. I have a prior grievance regarding credit card
fraud by Microsoft employees. 2. Lately, I have suffered from cell phone
hacking, a violation of the Truth in Caller ID Act. 3. Microsoft continues
to act like a monopoly, in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. 4. Now,
both Bill Gates and President Trump agree that Microsoft should pay more
than its fair share of penalties for violating the Law. The Truth in Caller
ID Act, carries a penalty of $10,000 for each violation, but tops out at
$1,000,000.

This letter has enclosures, 1) a letter to Microsoft dated Dec. 25, 2016 2)
a Microsoft Purchase Confirmation dated December 16, 2025 and 3) a photo of
the face of my LG G3 smart phone that shows FOUR violations of the Truth in
Caller ID Act, worth $40,000. It was photographed in the dark with my Canon
PhotoShot SX110 IS, mounted on a tripod. Above, I have given you an email
address where you can advise me how I can upload digital files for
authentication by the FBI.

It appears to me that their network software was written by lawyers who are
well versed in the destruction of incriminating evidence. To me, there is a
difference between the Xbox division and Microsoft itself. Last time, the
ongoing investigation of Microsoft by the Department of Justice, Microsoft
was permitted a negotiated settlement of $500,000,000. This time, it should
be as large but the Xbox division should be separated from Microsoft, in
line with the opinion of the original judgment.

Thanks, in advance. Please reply by email.

Sincerely,

XXXXXXXXXX

I have also been ripped off by DHGate in China and copied this to them. All
of you who have been ripped off by Microsoft or DHGate, please feel free to
copy my style, no copyright implied. Have a nice day. Not an April Fools
joke.

X

Thanks for your support.

FYI, I mailed a well documented letter of complaint to Seattle FBI, about
Microsoft. I even offered an email address where they could direct me to
submit digital file, for authentication. Nothing has happened. When I mailed
the FBI, I also Cc: a copy of my FBI complaint letter to DHgate, a Chinese
marketing firm that took my money and returned no product. I even showed
them bank receipts. If the FBI fails to protect the interests of consumers
there is not hope of judicial against a company in China. Hypocritically,
China has its own laws on market monopolization, that it has only enforced
against US firms.

"The rich get richer and the poor get poorer", implies the perceived
inevitability of what Karl Marx called the Law of Increasing Poverty. Three
cheers for Karl Marx. Global poverty reaches new highs, yearly.
