No, it was never OK. Numerous calls to ATT got me nowhere. No one
could figure out the problem Fortunately, I was still able to print
directly from my computer.

The other day I finally set up a Trendset USB print server on another
printer and my wife now prints to that. We can both print from out
main use computers and I'm still ****ed at ATT. Not the solution I
wanted, but it works.
