Default nVIDIA Fusion with AMD Family 10h cores for nVIDIA version of APUs.

I believe there is something strange that nVIDIA has cooperated with AMD to
produce nVIDIA version of APU. nVIDIA currently has started this project. It
seems AMD has allowed nVIDIA to include its GPU in the same silicon with AMD
processor.
