Default Low-end s-video input

What's the cheapest/simplest of the Nvidia cards to offer an s-video input
that I can record from? For this application I've no interest in 3D
horsepower, and in fact the simpler the better - preferably with no fan.

There was/is a Gigabyte 6600GT VIVO that had s-video input.
