Default AIW 9800 Channel Detection Wizard Problem

I have just changed over from using an ATI Theater 550 Pro. The
Theater Pro card used PowerCinema 3 to successfully capture TV. With
the 9800 card installed I get most of the functionality but when I
press the TV button on the remote then I am taken through the Channel
Detection Wizard. However, when I select 'Antenna' and 'Fast Search'
there are no entries in the list for Step 1 and the Autoscan for Step
2 is disabled.

I tried running the card with PowerCinema and I can receive channels.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Regards
