Default Nvidia Drivers 5.1 install

I'm truing to install the latest nvidia unified driver (5.1) for my asus
a7n8x-e.

During the install i get the license agreement screen during install and
then i just get a quick glimpse of nvidia splash screen and then nothing. I
just end up back at explorer screen no error messages or anything.

What am i doing wrong?

Regards

Steve Fisher

What other processes do you have running at the same time? You should
definitely turn off your anti-virus software... also any other
optional programs that are running. See if that doesn't help.

Same MB & same problem on win2k, trying to install nvidia unified drivers,
even if I shut off PC-Cillin.
Now I can't set AGP on :-(

Did you manage to install ?

I did it, booting from win2k cdrom -- Setup -- Repair installation
I had to reinstall some driver but now agp is "on" again; obviously I'll
never upgrade nvidia drivers anymore ;-).

Bye
