Default PLL in the Aspire 1714 (1710)

Hello!
I look for the manufacturer and the version number of the PLL IS,
which is responsible for the FSB frequency. For down-by-form applications
wants I the aspire 1714 with small clock frequency run to let. The exhaust
(Fan) is to then be out.
Yours sincerely.
Gerd
