256mb ddr3 vs 512mb ddr2
A game like Battlefield 2 will run just fine on 256mb of video RAM but
prefers around 400mb. If the cards were identical in every other way, which might run BF2 better? Or, do the tradeoffs somewhat cancel eachother out? Let's make the cards 8600Gt, one with 256ddr3, the other 512ddr2. Opinions? TonyK |
