Default "Pre Production"...how long?

How long is it normal for a laptop to be in "Pre Production"?
It's been stuck there for 3 days.
I'm getting impatient.
TIA

My experience with three different and separate orders, is that page is not
even some what reliable.

I received one computer before it ever showed out of "Pre-Production", one
before it ever showed as in "Shipped" and one 6 weeks after, according that
page, had been shipped. Many in this group have had similar experiences.

I would recommend you call Sales and ask them the status, if it something
that is overly important to you.

Just keep hitting refresh on your browser and it will go faster. Dell
keeps a count on their server and they put priority on the people who
spend the most time looking at their orders.

You can ignore that page...many have received their orders and the status
still shows as "pre-Production".

Wish I could watch as they all run to their computers and waste the next
three days hitting refresh....

Nice one!

ROFLMAO!

That's where my laptop has been since Wednesday.... LOL

Guess I could mail them back the box from the one I bought in February if
they're running low.
