GA-8i875/Ultra or GA-8KNXP and what type of memory.

I have been trying to find some recommendation regarding these boards. OC
Plus in the UK gave the 8i875 editors choice and on the Giga byte site the
comparison shows the Ultra having 4 SATA and 4 PATA while I believe the GA-
8KNXP has SCSI.

Than one comment said that the 8i875 Ultra is the replace ment for the GA-
8KNXP. Since I am interested in SATA only any preferences regarding these
MOBOs? Also as regards memory the only thing I could find was PC3200 DDR400
in pairs for the dual bandwidth. Any recommendations as far as memory brand
or preference?
