Presario 4712

I am trying to update a Presario 4712, and donate it to a worthy group. I
want to reformat and reinstall the following:
1. Windows (I have a Legal copy).
2. Sound driver: ESS ES1888.
3. Video adapter: Compaq Presario S3 Trio 64V+
4. Modem: Compaq Presario 336-VSC

I do not know if this unit had a restore disk.
I would like to know the type of memory this unit uses, it currently has 24
MB

The 4712 uses EDO SIMMs, 60ns, non-parity. 8MB is soldered on the
motherboard and two of the 4 SIMM slots have 8MB SIMMs installed. A few
early run units had 4MB SIMMs in all 4 slots. The max SIMM size per slot is
32MB.
The PC shipped with A QuickRestore kit consisting of a CD and a floppy disk.
These likely are no longer available since the 4712 shipped with Windows 95.
