Reset button on Inspiron 8600?
Is there such a thing? Where exactly is it? Thanks all.

If Ctrl-Alt-Del does not work, shut it down (by holding power button for more than 5 seconds) and power it up again to reboot. Pressing the power button momentarily usually puts it into suspend or hybirinate (depending upon BIOS settings) and would just restart it in the last state it was in (which would not clear up whatever reason you are trying to reset it). -- David Efflandt - All spam ignored http://www.de-srv.com/ |
