I buy Samsungs and plenty of Seagates are made in China.

The usual: Stupidity and greed. Same as TEPCO. Same as some
american power utilities. Endless list of humans
acting egoistic and stupid. It is high time that people doing
this will have all their worldly assets seized and be prevented
from ever doing management decisions again. And the people
supervising them deserve the same. The cases were you find
that the engineers actually screwed up are exceptionally rare.

For an example that some companies get it:
AMD in Dresden did build on a hill, explicitely to be able to
withstand floods. The emergency power systems are also
designed accordingly.

It is a military government. Their soldiers come out many times whenever
there were political problems.

Wrong, as always.

Their soldiers come out many times whenever there were political problems.


Doesnt make it a military govt. Even the US govt has done that at times, it hasnt got a military govt either.
