Default Physical memory

Hey guys,

I noticed recently that when i open my task manager, although there
are no programs running, that my physical memory is pretty much always
over at least 60%.
Is this normal?? And if not is there anything i could do to change it?

If your using Vista/Win7 that's SuperFetch at work.
