Default DVR with ATSC tuner and port for eSATA or USB drive

I would like to buy a DVR with an ATSC tuner and a port an for an
external eSATA or USB drive. Does anyone make such a device?
Multiple tuners would be a big plus. Thank you in advance for all
replies.

When I am in the kitchen, I often kick one of my cat's balls.
After I kick it, he will sometimes play with it for a few
seconds to several minutes. His favorite are the ones that
rattle. He'll play with any ball that makes noise.

Yep, plenty do.

Those more often have an internal drive.

Thank you in advance for all replies.

Even ones that tell you to shove your head up a dead bear's arse ? Funky.

Don't bother with DTV Pal and Channel Master CM-7000PAL HD DVRs even
though they have USB ports.

The manual on this is not very clear. Can this DVR record two
different programs at the same time or can it just record one
program while the user watches a different program?

When a cat sits in a human's lap both the human and the cat are usually
happy. The human is happy because he thinks the cat is sitting on him/her
because it loves her/him. The cat is happy because it thinks that by sitting
on the human it is dominant over the human.

If it doesnt say so explicitly, it can normally only record one
program while allowing the user to watch something else.

It can record 2 programs at once and while viewing something else from the
HDD, network, or the some of the internet channels.
It even has a bit torrent client if like you "rent" movies from the pirate
bay.

Then its not what most DVR users call a Dual Tuner. I have had the capability
to record 2 things at once while watching an already recorded show with my
DirecTV TIVO DVR for over a decade now.

Where in the website does it claim two shows can record at the same time while
watching a recorded show?
