How to disable or modify Hotkeys feature for good in ATI Control Center?
Hi,
I'd like to know if it's possible somehow to modify the hotkeys feature of ACE. Its default settings keep me from usign important key combinations like Alt+W, and since it does not store it's hotkey settings, I've got the change them everytime I restart my WinXP. Regards, Zoltan |

Regards, Zoltan StartRun, type "compmgmt.msc" (without the " marks) and click ok. Open up the 'Services and Applications' section and go into the 'Services' section. Look for a service called 'ATI Hotkey Poller' and double-click it. Change the startup type to 'Disabled'. Click OK, close down any open windows and reboot the PC. The hotkeys are now disabled. You should also be aware that this will disable the Overdrive tab in the display settings. Glennbo |
