Default Overclocking

I have a p4 1.5 on an ASUS P4T mobo. Is it worth overclocking?
If so, how do I do it, and how do I identify any improvements?

1) Is it worth overclocking?
2) If so, how do I do it, and how do I identify any improvements?

1) The processor is quite old, a S437 (?) one, i guess. It's the original
pre-northwood core, which won't be very enthousiastic about going much
faster than 1,5 GHz. Maybe you'll reach 1.7 or something, but it will hardly
be noticable.
2) Sisoft Sandra has always been one of the main synthetic benchmark utils,
Try and get the Max 3 version; number 4 seems to be very limited in it's
benchmrking capabilities.
