Default Could radio towers near my home be causing these problems?

I have a Toshiba laptop and its' battery used to last up to two hours
when it wasn't plugged in. Now, it lasts about ten minutes and I have
no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. I've done lots of virus scans
and there isn't a bug that is causing it. Please help! 'how to unlock
iphone 3g'
