Default NVIDIA Quadro FX 5500 SDI, CAPS wanted

I may have to implement some advanced rendering on a NVIDIA Quadro FX 5500
SDI in directx and I am wondering about certain device capabilities.
The datasheet is http://www.nvidia.com/page/pg_20040802529789.html but there
I can not see things such as
Does it have seperate alpha blending?
How many rendertargets can I use?
Which texture pixelformats are supported?
etc.

Where do I get that kind of info... without having to install a card and ask
directx to check the caps.
