Default which Opterons support DDR400/PC3200?

Subject says all. Which model/stepping of Opterons support
DDR400 speed in a dual configuration? (MSI Master2 FAR)

I think it is models 246 and above, not sure...

Appears to be:

Opteron 246 and above
and/or
Opterons with model numbers ending in AK,AL, or AM

FYI, I found 244s fitting the second criteria on newegg
