Default GeFORCE 4 MX 420 Driver Problums

My friend has a GeFORCE 4 MX 420 in a DELL PC.he had old drivers (28.xx)and
thay did not hasve the D3D,OpenGL,and the Desktop utilities.So i updated his
drivers to 40.xx drivers and still did not have the other settings pages.So
i did it to the a different driver and still the same problum.I use in 1 of
my PC's a GeFORCE 2 MX 400 and i have thoes settings.How can i get these
extra settings or is it that u cant get these setting pages with a GeFORCE 4
MX 420?
