Default Looking for a good Gaming Motherboard

I'm looking at building myself a new gaming machine and these are some of the specs that I'm looking at getting:
P4 2.8E - 800MHz FSB Retail (1MB Cache)
Asus v9570-TD GFX-5700 128MB DDR 8xAGP w/TV & DVI Retail
256MB PC2700 333Mhz 184pin DDR (Kingston) X2 - Since 2 is supposed to run faster than 1 due to interleaving or something

And this is what I already have:
Creative Audigy MP3
Dlink NIC
CDRW etc

My main Question is I'm looking for a good Motherboard from Asus or MSI that is extremely stable and will work with all
this stuff to be used primarily as a gaming machine and a multi-purpose machine.

Thanks

WHY would you want to get an 800MHz internal bus P4, but get 333MHz RAM???
Do yourself a BIG favor and get 400MHz RAM so your not limiting your CPU's
feed line.
