Soundblaster live better than p4p800 sound?
Is the sound that I would get from a soundblaster live card better than the
soundchip on my mb (p4p800)....I'd like to use the addon with the midi, mic and headphone but like the sound coming from the onboard soundcard. John |

I have an Asus P4C800 Deluxe motherboard and it has the same on board sound
as the P4P800. I didn't like the on board sound and installed a Sound Blaster Live 5.1. The Sound Blaster Live is a 100 times better sound. I've very satisfied. On Auto, it automatically disables itself it detects a sound card. What you'll want to do though is uninstall the drivers for it. |
