Default Running 533 Mhz FSB CPU on 8IRXP

Would running a 533 Mhz FSB CPU like the 3.06 Ghz P4 on the 8IRXP be just a
matter of running the FSB at 133 Mhz without the need for voltage increase?
I'm currently running PC2100 DDR Crucial memory, and I assume that either
needs to overclock to 133 MHz or run PC2700 memory at 133 Mhz?
