I like the freeware program SIW (System Information for Windows). You can
read about the program as well as download it from the author's web site at
http://www.gtopala.com/

If you want to experiment, Lavalys offers trial versions of their
software.

I use their old free version, which they've stopped shipping.
The program is based on the program "AIDA32", so the program
has been around for a while, and went commercial.
