Default Scroll With Two Fingers?

I have Windows 7 on my Dell M6500.
Is there a way to set up scrolling with a two finger slide on the
touchpad? My Macbook Pro can do this, and I'm hoping to emulate that as
much as possible on my company issue laptop.
