P4P800 Deluxe and 5.1 Sound (Preparing for Doom3)

Okay, now that Doom3 has gone gold, what do I need to get 5.1 (not dolby
digital), but 5.1 sound out of this motherboard?

Am I correct that this motherboard with the onboard sound can produce 5.1
EAX sound (which is what I believe Doom3 will have)?

So all I need is 5 analog speakers and a sub -- no new sound card? Right? Do
I need any special cables (the optical spdif/digital coaxial for this)?

Can someone explain how I can get 5.1 sound from the p4p800 deluxe? Do I, or
don't I, need a 3rd party sound card?

Right now I just have two speakers and a sub.
