Default problem with SATA RAID on K8N4-E-DELUXE

Hello. I've a problem with the chipset fan of the motherboard.
Can you say me if changing the motherboard i will lost the sata raid
configuration (Raid 5)?
Is there a tool that can export the sata raid configuration?
Can i change the fan only?
Is there A SPARE PART for the fan present on the chipset of the
motherboard?

Thanks
