Default Athlon XP 2500+ Barton Cooling

I am planning on building a new computer, but I am not sure about what
is enough cooling. I haven't put a computer together in a long time,
so I have a few questions. I am trying to build a quiet box because I
really hate noisy pcs. I have seen large heatsinks but they are beyond
the spec weight so I would like to keep away from them, plus I don't
plan on overclocking.

I am thinking of using the Antec Sonata case which looks fine, but my
problem is when it comes to CPU HSF. Would something like the Zalman
FB123 w/92mm Fan with the stock heatsink be enough? Even in silent
mode? Would it be enough if I added a second 120mm fan to the case?

I really like the idea of large fans running at slow speeds, if the
stock heatsinks isn't enough what would people recommend.

TR2-M1 or -M3. Super quiet (21dba), cools great and cost $8.

Hmm you really don't want to be sleeping within an electromagnetic field
unless you specifically want to damage your health
