What does this mean?

Its just saying that... large modules are typically used ( in its opinion )
in servers and workstations and such. Perhaps the coders of Sandra are of the opinion that larger modules are prone to more errors, and suggests registered (SDRAM, ECC) or Buffered (often EDO and DDR) modules. Other than that... no idea.
