Default MSI/ASUS 5600 vs Gainward 5600U ?

I am trying to decide between the following cards:

Gainward FX PowerPack! Ultra/760 XP 128MB "Golden Sample"
http://www.gainward.com/c-1.html?id=93
USD $262 local

MSI FX 5600-VTDR128 128MB w/ VIVO, DVI, Remote
http://www.msi.com.tw/program/produc...il.php?UID=447
USD $185 local

ASUS V9560 /2DTV GeforceFX 5600 128MB Video Suite w/ VIVO, DVI
http://usa.asus.com/products/vga/v9560vs/overview.htm
USD $182 local

I believe MSI generally has the edge in noise and both ASUS and MSI
are relatively more reliable, so is the potential performance gain
from the Gainward worth the reliability risk and the price? All are
within my budget, sort of, if I get my money's worth. What do you
think, should I stay away from Gainward? TIA.

PS. I need, in order of importance, acceptable OpenGL performance,
reliability, relatively quiet operation, DVI (must), 2nd VGA (nice),
and 2nd DVI and VIVO (both nice to have but not must). As far as
choices go, these pretty much exhaust my budget at the local vendor.

Gainward is good if you get past the BS name and the fact that they stop
supporting old cards once a new one comes out as far as drivers are
concerned. My next will be a MSI.

Save your money you can get that same MSI card for only $151.00, free 2nd
day air shipping or a Chaintech 5700 Ultra for 199.00. Below are the links.
Several other reputable places with great prices too. Have never had a
problem with below vendor though.

In the same price range you may want to consider the following:

I just ordered one, I'll let you know how it runs in my new system.

Thank you for the info but I'm not in the States and I am really
interested in the relative values of these 3 cards for the price, not
so much so as the best place to get them. Hmm, maybe I should have
given the prices in "arbitrary money units" or something rather than
Dollars.
