Default power supply upgrade

I currently have a 350W I think power supply and I wanna get a power supply
at least 480 that supports SATA any good brands that actually run close to
thier advertised power?

Enermax, and Antec are two names that consistently come up (in my travels) as
good supplies.

I went for an Enermax. Aside from it appearing to me to be a good supply, it
had all the connectors for ATX, as well as the AMD ATX variant.

Enermax has a very nice line of supplies. Nice features like fan speed
monitoring, and software speed control, manual speed control, and one with a
really cool feature that would keep the fans running for a few minutes after
shuting down the computer.
