Help Need - Ti4200 VTD8X (VIVO Problem)

I had bought the above card two months ago and only started to use the VIVO
yesterday to capture external video source - movie clips that were recorded
on my Sony-Video8 camcorder. Also, I am using the InterVideo WinProducer
Ver. 2.0 (B010. 52C20) software that was bundled together with this card.

The capturing was fine at the beginning but there was a horizontal white
strip appears in the middle of the clips for about 5 to 8 seconds
occasionally, see attached file. (Note : When this white strip appears the
sound recording is working fine)
