Default I took the plunge ...

To any nVidia users lurking on this NG wondering whether to go to ATI
Radeon for their next card I would say go for it.

I've replaced my PIII/700 GeForce4 MX with an Athlon XP 2600+ and Radeon
9600 Pro / nForce 2 based box.

The former could barely handle UT2003 in 800x600 with all the eye candy
off.

Tried it at 1024x768 on the new box with all the eye candy maxed out.
