Default A78N8XD - Do I need to upgrade my memory for XP3000 ?

My PC

A7N8XD Rev 1.04 with 1004 BIOS Mobo
Athlon XP2100
Zalman Flower CPU Cooler
1Gb Samsung PC2100 DDR266 memory
Coolermaster ATC case
550w Antec Truepower PSU
Radeon 9500 128MB non-pro AGP video card
2x 60GB WD Caviar SE HD
1x 120GB Hitachi/IBM GXP HD
1 x Toshiba 12x DVD ROM
1 X Pioneer DVR-A05 DVD-R writer

I am getting an Arthlon XP3000 Barton 400 (Not 333)
Do I need to upgrade to DDR400 memory or can i still use my old memory ?

You don't have to but why wouldn't you? I suppose the price point is not
ideal at this time. I'd wait on both cpu and memory until prices slide some.
Unless you're getting some sort of deal. I'd go with pc3200 or pc3500
memory.
