I just downloaded them from 3dchipset.com.
They're supposed to cure the flickering
problem some people are having. I haven't tried them yet

They are good. Much like the 45.23's.
They actually DO fix the pulsing problems too!
However, many people report higher GPU temps. My 2d temps have gone up 8C

44.71's - 41C idle
45.33's - 48C idle

My max temps under 3d are about the same.
