[REQ]:borderless printing?

Hi, I'm looking for an A4 printer able to make borderless
(or, nearly borderless) printing over custom-sized sheets of
paper. The paper is about 2cm shorter than A4 paper on both
sizes. It will print only a few pages monthly, but I need
the printing output to be good. An ink-jet is preferred, but
I'm considering personal color lasers as well (but, low
price is a must!). I'm a bit on the "desperate" mood, when I
tried to contact hp and epson helpdesks they couldn't help
me with the borderless request! Please help!
