Central Brain Identifier
I just wanted to point out an easy way in which to identify various
attributes of your CPU. The app called _Central Brain Identifier_ seems to be a pretty handy way to get your cpu specs along with the production code. Just nice to not have to remove your HSF in order to see your specs. It can be downloaded at this address: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3538.html -- Athlon XP 2500+ OC to 2800+ ASUS A7N8X Deluxe Rev 2 1005 1024MB PC3200 ATI Radeon 9500 128MB Thermaltake Volcano 7+ 40GB Maxtor DMA133 80GB Seagate DMA100 Plextor PX-708A v1.04 BTC 316B 16x DVD-Rom |

Does it still give all the info on an overclocked cpu?

OK, just de-overclocked it - and it shows OPN .... just a shame it doesn't
show the week and stepping. Still a nice little app. "Top-poster" wrote in message ... Fine except it doesn't show my OPN number !
