Default WinXP SBA Geforce FX 5800

Good afternoon,

He are My Specs :

MSI Geforce FX 5900 SP VTD128,
AsusTek A7n8x DeLuxe,
1 GB Memory (Dual Channel),
Dual Boot Win98Se, WinXP Pro,
Maxtor 80Gb + 120Gb
ForceWare XP 5303,
ForceWare 9x 5304.

Under Win98Se Both FastWrite and Sideband Adressing are enabled.

Under WinXP Pro only fastWrite is Enabled. Sideband Adressing is not due to
the OS. Sideband Adressing is shown available but not activated. The nVidia
Control Panel's Check box is greyed and so not selectable.

Is there a way to enable Sideband Adressing under WinXP ?

Thank's for your help.
