Quite right, should have put that tidbit in. So far it seems that they have fixed the problem. On Thu, 13 Nov 2003 04:52:49 GMT, (John Lewis) wrote: On Wed, 12 Nov 2003 18:17:33 -0500, "David L. The 52x drivers are optimized for the FX line of cards. Stay with the 44x
drivers and you should be fine. Ed "QV" wrote in message ... "Stefan Sommereyns" wrote in message ... read here http://www.guru3d.com/forum/showthr...?threadid=69744 download here http://download.guru3d.com/pafiledb...ion=file&id=701 Stefan. It's somewhat ironic that these 52.70 drivers originally came from MSI yet my MSI GF3 Ti-200 refuses to work properly with any driver above 44.xx. |

Does not solve the screen flicker in Rise of Nations introduced in version
52.16. A bit annoying. "Stefan Sommereyns" wrote in message ... read here http://www.guru3d.com/forum/showthr...?threadid=69744 download here http://download.guru3d.com/pafiledb...ion=file&id=701 Stefan. |

Well, I have played EOD, DC and the regular game and all now work perfectly - very good In fact, even thougth I think I say this every time but I think it's running better than 52.16 even thought 3D mark 03-04 gives a lower result. (but who cares about that right?) |

(but who cares about that right?) Have you played Guadalcanal with DC yet? Tried it last night, kept crashing to desktop. I'm not saying it was the driver. Not sure what it was. Everything works great though. Dave Narrator: On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero. |

Tried both vanilla and BG42, no problem with either. Maybe its a problem with DC. I still have .4, getting the new version this weekend. Maybe that will make a difference. Dave Could you describe the ruckus, sir? |

Seems to just be that one map though. -Slash -- "Ebert Victorious" -The Onion |
