Default Question about compatibility between ASUS CUSL2-C Motherboard and MSI GeForce FX5600 Graphic Card

I currently have a PIII 800 with ASUS CUSL2-C Motherboard with an old Rage
Fury Pro graphic and 512MB RAM. I am planning to upgrade it with a MSI
GeForece FX5600(256RAM) graphic card so that I can run MAYA on it. Does
anyone know if the FX5600 is compatitble with the CUSL2-C Motherboard? Is
there anything I need to be aware of before installing it on my
motherboard?Thanks.
