Default AGP on Via chipset board problems cure

If you are having NVIDIA AGP video card problems on a PC with the VIA
chipset upgrading the VIA drivers to the latest "Hyperion 4 in 1 Drivers"
may fix it
..
NB The IDE & USB drivers are al;so much improved and the later may fix USB
ADSL modem disconnect problems.

Also, FYI, apparently the "AGP Driver" at:

http://www.amd.com/gb-uk/Processors/...82_871_2336,00
..html

.... can be useful for those of you with AMD CPUs.

My mate had grief with games crashing after a few minutes on his
AMD/GeForce3 based system under Windows XP SP1. Installing the AGP driver
cured the problems.

Just my £0.01

Stephen.

Hey thanks - I have had the same problem under the same circumstances (game
crashing after few minutes of certain 3d games, reboot....under xpsp1 and
ti4200 and a via chipset mobo) - and so far this solution has cured my
problem. Thanks!
