How good is Nvidia GeForce 6150 laptop graphics

Just wondering what type of games (vintage e.g. DX 9.0c etc.) this graphics adaptor linked to an AMD Turion 2.0Ghz proocessor you could expect this card to handle and be playable on a laptop? I've been playing Quake 3 and Return to Castle Wolfenstein at full spec - work perfectly. Far Cry also works well at "medium" settings and 1024 x 768 resolution. Quake 4 and Doom 3 are a step too far. It's surprisingly powerful for an on-board graphics chip - set the frame buffer size (in BIOS) to 64 Mb and you can have a lot of fun.
