Default How to install PC Probe 2.22 on W2K ?

I have downloaded probe22206.zip and unzipped it.
However, when I try to run setup.exe, I get an error message:
Cannot find file F:\downloads\temp\setup.exe (or one of its
components). Check to ensure the path and filename are
correct and that all required libraries are available.

The unzipped stuff contains no readme file, no HTML files, or
any other form of manual. There do not appear to be any
installation instructions at the Asus web site.

I have tried double-clicking on setup.ins, but I get a rather
scary warning:
"Warning: you are about to change your internet settings."
with no details about exactly how it proposes to **** around
with my internet settings, so of course I click "Cancel" when
I get that.
