Another Office Max rebate CDRW problem - recent Kypermedia drivewas substituted for some other free after rebate deal

organization knows whats going on.

I never received my Pac Digital rebate.

Now I have to go into a huge hassle possibly to get this rebate.


I've had several problems with Omax rebates. On every occasion, I
walked into the store and talked to the manager. They try to get you to
go away, but if you just stand there, they will eventually agree to check
into it for you. That's always produced a rebate...once it even
produced two rebates. The store CAN fix it, you just have to convince
them that you aren't leaving until they do.
