Another Office Max rebate CDRW problem - recent Kypermediadriv...

Hi John.
This month I have TWO Office Max rebates that has been denied by them on
there rebate site at. www.easierrebates.com phone#1-888-241-8890
I purchased a WD 40gig hard drive on 8/19/03- Office Max Mail-in Rebate
$10
I purchased a Khypermedia 52x24x52 CDRW on 8/22/03- Office Max-
Mail-in Rebate $30.
These items were purchased from there Internet Site and and the rebate
forms were copied from www.easierrebates.com
and for the manufacturers rebate $30 was made out from
www.rebateshq.com
phone # 1-866-765-5702.
I have not talked to them on the phone yet, but on there site is a
e-mail option that I used to challenge there comment "There were no
promotion for this item at that time" or some thing like that.
Today I read up on Office Max on ResellersRatings.com and it looks like
they, Office Max, are making a habit of this! I sent a copy to Office
Max Customer service.
Don't let them get away with it! I'm not going to give up as easy as I
did the last time.
